Using these measurements, we create a detailed base plan in CAD software. From there, we conduct another on-site design visit to explore ideas, gather inspiration, and sketch early concepts. This step often includes viewing the space from inside your home to understand how indoor and outdoor areas connect.
We begin with thoughtful planning—phone consultation, site analysis, and detailed CAD drawings. Every design balances beauty, functionality, and sustainability. Once your design is ready, we manage every detail of construction. Our team handles site prep, grading and drainage, patios, paths, walls, and curated planting. We coordinate trusted trades for carpentry, lighting, and irrigation, ensuring your project is built to last. After installation, we provide a care guide and optional seasonal tune‑ups.
When honey bees make a home in walls, soffits, roof vents, or porch columns, we remove them safely—without extermination. Our licensed and insured team uses specialized tools and proven cut‑out techniques to carefully open structures, extract the hive, and gather the colony. We then seal and restore structural openings, ensuring your home is protected against reinfestation.
